Since June 2006 a team of ToP trainers have been delivering Technology of Participation (ToP ™) Facilitative Leadership Program throughout Queensland.
 
Over the past 18 months, through our work at the Workforce Council, we have observed and co-trained in 7  ToP Facilitative Leadership Program Module 1: Group Facilitation Methods which introduces the ToP ™ Workshop and Discussion Methods. Four of these events were internal Module 1 events for staff at the Workforce Council where all 44 of the current staff undertake Module 1 training to increase facilitation skills.
 
In addition to this, from August 2007 I have organised 9 regional
Queensland Module 1 events which will run over the next year for
some of the project stakeholder groups in the disabilty and community
sectors. This group includes human service workers and volunteers, and
parents/carers of people with disabilities.
 
During 2007 the ToP™ Trainer team in Queensland have run Module 1's in Brisbane, Gold Coast & Townsville. There are additional Module 1's
planned in Toowoomba, Rockhampton, Cairns, Maryborough and Mackay during 2008.
